Music Movers will at all times endeavour to do the best job we can do with the material we have been supplied with. Scratched records that have scratches that are too deep are impossible to repair without lengthy work digitally repairing and in a lot of cases the track can not be repaired at all. In this case we will attempt to replace the track from our library to help you in your quest. Music Movers can not be held responsible for loss of items while in transport to or from our premises nor can it be held responsible for hold ups or slow deliveries. If a CD or DVD does not work on your system we will replace it free of charge. However we reserve the right to refuse this offer if the media has been scratched or mishandled in any way. Music Movers recognise that we are only recovering data from your media and transferring it to another media and returning this media to you the customer. Recorded media should not be copied for broadcast or resale in any way. When working with tapes either reel to reel or cassette the following should be noted. Tape stretches and over time can become quite brittle. Music Movers can not be held responsible for any breakages or for the condition of the tapes prior, during or after recording. We are using state of the art recording equipment that will not damage your media in any way. When working with slides it is rather difficult to clean and reduce the spotting caused by dust on the film surface. Sometimes this dust is a form of mould and can be difficult to remove. We do not clean slides, we copy them and make them into an JPG which can be cleaned up at a later stage by the owner. The owner must mark the side from which the view it to be looked at. If this is not done we will take the most likely side only and hope this is what you wish to see. |
We recognise that copying music can be an offence. In hiring our services your new tracks should ONLY be for your own personal use. |
